Who this is for
Clinic administrators, doctors, technicians, nutritionists, reception staff, and individual users starting in RenalFlow.
What you can do here
- Sign in to an existing workspace
- Create a new RenalFlow account
- Choose the correct workspace when your email belongs to more than one center
- Understand which care, billing, and administration areas are available on your plan
Step-by-step guide
- Open the dashboard sign-in page.
- If your center already invited you, sign in or use the invite link from your email.
- If you are creating a new account, use
Sign up, choose a plan, complete payment, and then return to RenalFlow. - If your email belongs to multiple workspaces, choose the workspace you want to use for this session.
- After sign-in, RenalFlow opens the clinical dashboard for your active workspace.
Important notes
- RenalFlow uses center-based access. Your visible menus depend on your role and your plan.
Center adminusers can access admin settings, billing, users, and audit logs.- Individual plans hide team and multi-center management.
- Some areas require active billing before users can continue. If billing is not active, RenalFlow shows a billing access screen instead of the main app.
- Inventory, dialysis costing, organization summaries, and some transfer workflows appear only when the current plan enables them.
Common issues
- If you sign in successfully but do not reach the dashboard, your account may belong to multiple centers and you may need to pick a workspace first.
- If the app says billing access is required, ask a center admin to open Billing and restore active access.
- If the wrong workspace opens, use the workspace switcher in the left sidebar.
