Billing And Subscription
Who this is for
Center admins and individual account owners who manage plan access, billing status, payment methods, and license keys.
What you can do here
- Review the current plan and subscription status
- Check patient and user usage against plan limits
- Upgrade or downgrade plans
- Pause, resume, or cancel a subscription
- Open payment method updates through the billing provider
- Review recent billing transactions
- Rotate or revoke workspace license keys for team workspaces
Step-by-step guide
- Open
Settings > Billing. - Review the current plan, status, renewal date, and payment method.
- To change plans:
- Choose monthly or yearly billing.
- Select the target plan.
- Confirm the plan change.
- If checkout opens, complete payment and return to RenalFlow.
- To update payment details, use
Update payment method. - To stop billing temporarily, use
Pause subscription. - To restore a paused subscription, use
Resume subscription. - To end billing at the end of the current period, use
Cancel subscription. - For team workspaces, use the
License keysarea to rotate or revoke keys.
Important notes
- Upgrades are prorated immediately.
- Downgrades are scheduled for the next billing period.
- Billing can apply to one center or to an organization, depending on the plan and organization features.
- If billing is inactive, most clinical pages are blocked until active access is restored.
- Individual accounts do not show the license key management section.
- Storage usage exists in the billing model, but visible storage tracking is not fully surfaced yet.
Common issues
- If the app says
Billing access required, sign in as a center admin and open Billing. - If a plan change remains pending, use
I have completed paymentor refresh the billing page. - If adding a patient or user fails, check whether the current plan limit has been reached.
