Who this is for

Center administrators and organization leaders who manage workspaces, staff access, and multi-center operations.

What you can do here

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open Settings > Users to manage staff.
  2. To invite a user:
  3. Enter full name, email, and role.
  4. Select Send invite.
  5. The user remains pending verification until they complete email verification.
  6. To remove a user:
  7. Find the user in the table.
  8. Select Remove and confirm.
  9. Open Settings > Organization if your account has organization-level access.
  10. To add a center:
  11. Enter the center name.
  12. Optionally add the center admin name and email.
  13. Select Create center.
  14. To manage incoming patient transfers:
  15. Review the Patient Transfers section in Organization.
  16. If your center is the target center, use Accept or Reject.
