Step-by-step guide
- Open
Settings > Usersto manage staff. - To invite a user:
- Enter full name, email, and role.
- Select
Send invite. - The user remains
pending verificationuntil they complete email verification. - To remove a user:
- Find the user in the table.
- Select
Removeand confirm. - Open
Settings > Organizationif your account has organization-level access. - To add a center:
- Enter the center name.
- Optionally add the center admin name and email.
- Select
Create center. - To manage incoming patient transfers:
- Review the
Patient Transferssection in Organization. - If your center is the target center, use
AcceptorReject.
Important notes
- Individual plans do not support invites, user management, or multi-center management.
- User limits depend on the current plan. RenalFlow warns when usage is high and blocks new active users at the limit.
Organizationsettings are useful only when the current workspace belongs to an organization and the plan supports multi-center features.- Patient transfers stay inside the same organization.
- Historical records remain in the source center for audit integrity.
Common issues
- If
Send inviteis disabled or fails with a limit message, the workspace has reached its user limit. - If
Organizationappears but center creation is disabled, the current plan may not allow multi-center organizations. - If you cannot accept a transfer, make sure you are signed into the target center as a
center_admin.
