Who this is for

Center administrators who manage clinic branding, contact details, patient profile permissions, backups, and audit review.

What you can do here

• Update the center name, display name, tagline, contact details, and brand color
• Upload or remove a center logo
• Control whether doctors and technicians can edit patient profiles
• Export a center JSON backup
• Import a center JSON backup into an empty center
• Review audit log activity

Step-by-step guide

1. Open Settings > Profile.
2. Update the center details you want to change.
3. Upload a logo if needed.
4. Choose whether doctors and technicians may edit patient profiles.
5. Select Save profile.
6. To create a backup, use Export center JSON.
7. To restore data into an empty center, use Import center JSON and choose a valid export file.
8. Open Audit Logs to review recent user and system actions for the current center.

Important notes

• Center JSON import is limited to empty centers.
• Import does not create authentication users automatically.
• After import, some memberships may still need to be re-invited.
• Audit logs show recent center activity with time, user, entity, and action.
• Branding changes affect the workspace sidebar and center presentation inside the dashboard.

Common issues

• If logo upload fails, make sure the file is an image.
• If import fails immediately, the selected file may not be valid JSON.
• If import succeeds but some people still cannot sign in, send fresh invites for the memberships listed in the import summary.
