Important notes
- Sessions are created from the Schedule workflow; the sessions page is for operating and documenting treatment.
- Doctors can view sessions, but only non-doctor roles can operate the start/complete/missed workflow.
- The dashboard highlights today’s sessions, active sessions, missed sessions, reminders, and nutrition follow-up counts.
- Session costing appears when dialysis costing is enabled.
- Inventory consumption appears only when inventory is enabled for the current plan.
Common issues
- If no session appears for a patient, check that the schedule entry has a
Next sessiondate and time. - If a session stays
in progress, it was started but not ended. - If inventory consumption is unavailable, the current plan or workspace features do not include inventory.
